byte sized leadership

Byte-Sized Leadership is an initiative by AIESEC in Malaysia designed to make leadership development more accessible and engaging. It breaks down complex leadership concepts into smaller, digestible "bytes" that are easier for young people to understand and apply in their daily lives. This initiative focuses on empowering youth to take on leadership roles by providing them with bite-sized learning experiences, helping them develop the skills needed to drive positive change in their communities and beyond.

Youth Speak Forum

Youth Speak Forum (YSF) by AIESEC in Malaysia is an annual event designed to empower young people by providing a platform for them to engage in discussions around global issues, leadership, and personal development. The forum gathers youth, professionals, and leaders to explore how young individuals can actively contribute to positive change in society. It typically features keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions focusing on topics related to sustainability, youth leadership, and societal impact.
