Screening & Interview
We’ll support the selection process by doing the screening for you then present you with a shortlist of profiles for you to make the final hiring decision through interview .

Delivery & Support
Once you’ve selected your intern(s), we’ll take care of the support and development, all the way up until the intern finishes their experience with AIESEC.

Visa processing administration fee: This cost will be incurred on companies without Expatriate Services Division (ESD) account; and MSC-status companies OR to companies that chose to pass the visa process to AIESEC. In case of companies with ESD or MDEC account the process can be handle directly by the company.
