AIESEC is open to students and recent graduates between the ages of 18 and 30 who are passionate about leadership, cultural exchange, and personal growth. No prior experience is required—just an open mind and willingness to learn.
AIESEC offers both paid and unpaid experiences, depending on the type of program. Volunteer projects are typically unpaid and focus on social impact, while professional internships may include a stipend or other benefits provided by the host organization.
