Youth Speak Forum Roadshow taught me alot, mainly focusing on leadership skills and developing them. It also taught me lessons about planning for a career in the future, as well as learning from industry leaders. My happiest moment in Youth Speak Forum Roadshow was being able to meet new people and interact with them. I recently attended the Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship (ICE) event by AIESEC at UNIMAS, which significantly expanded my knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. The event featured invaluable sessions, including powerful pitching by Mr. Zaiwin Kassim, success stories from esteemed entrepreneurs, and branding and business planning insights from industry experts. Particularly impactful were the 'Shark Tank' rounds and the focus on Sustainable Development Goals, which fostered critical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, the opportunity to join the TEGAS bootcamp offers a golden chance to accelerate new startups for Sarawakians. Overall, the ICE event was an enriching experience that provided a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and personal growth.
