National
As a co-partner and Opportunity Provider (OP), your main responsibility is to collaborate with youth in conducting a 6–8-week project through the recruitment of international volunteers. As an OP, you will also co-host the volunteers with AIESEC and jointly implement initiatives that contribute to your organization’s community impact.
Yes, you may set preferences for volunteer profiles—such as educational background, language proficiency, gender, and others—based on your project needs. These criteria will be discussed and aligned with AIESEC during the planning process.
Our project portfolios are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on specific target areas. We assess your organization’s background and propose suitable project scopes. Customization is possible based on mutual discussions, ensuring each project addresses relevant local community needs.
Key deliverables include cross-cultural exchange through international volunteers, support in visa applications, volunteer recruitment, and project planning. Further responsibilities and benefits will be tailored through collaborative discussions based on your organization’s needs.
